Initially, we would have a conversation with you to understand what your ideas and current initiatives are, challenges and pain points you facing, targets, you are striving for, time lines and road-map you may already have

Propose

Using the status quo we would then provide written feedback including our understanding & propose a path of strategy on how to master the challenges, initiative and risks you may see.

Analyze

Then, in order to draft a solution, we perform a 2-3 days in depth analyze & change readiness assessment running interviews with key stakeholders within your organizations.

Strategize

Finally, in a workshop within your organization we finalize the scope, delivery model, draft the operations and project governance, define key risks and mitigation's, draw the road-map and calculate the business case.
